I love the way Family First Pool Services runs their business. They are high quality communicators via text, and I felt so taken care of. My pool looks so good and the best news is I don’t have to care for it anymore. I finally gave in and wanted to outsource to a pool service, but was nervous that they would treat my property carelessly. This couldn’t be farther from the truth. Family First Pool Service was fantastic. I had a very green pool that needed to be cleared up before showings to sell my house, and they responded quickly and got it crystal clear in time. Tim did the work and was incredibly skilled and thorough — you could tell he takes real pride in what he does. Communication throughout the entire job was excellent, they kept me updated every step of the way, and showed up on time as promised. Having been a client for 6,-ish months, we are very happy with Family First Pool Services. I especially want to praise our pool technician, Davis. He's great at his job! He is always so kind and thoughtful, and he calls to keep us updated of any schedule changes. He also, importantly to us, never forgets to close our baby gate (our previous service did that on multiple occasions). Our pool has never looked better thanks to Davis. He's an asset to Family First Pool Services!!

After only two months with Family First Pool Services, I can already see a world of difference in the quality of their work and customer service. They truly live up to their name by putting their customers first. They listen to any concerns, communicate clearly, and are always respectful of both our home and our preferences for how we like our pool maintained. Extremely happy with my service. They arrive on time and perform a very thorough and extensive cleaning. No shortcuts. I’ve witnessed other pool service companies in my area and they’re in and out in five minutes. This is not the case with family first. The take the time necessary to do the job right.Pool looks great. Very satisfied.

Best pool service I have ever had. Complete services. I called because my pool timer was set to wrong hours. The owner came within 2 hours and reset the timer. What wonderful service. Family First Pool is the Greatest.
