We installed a “mountain pond” style pool this spring. We had consistent communication through the planning and decision making process. They took care of permits, etc. When it came time to actually install, the crew was respectful of our property, showed up when they said they were going to, and did what they said they were going to. We did an extended concrete area and they did a great job with that as well. This is our first pool so they have been very helpful after the installation as we get our bearings on the chemicals and pool maintenance.

Incredible experience every time! Working on the second phase of our pool remodel. Impeccable work, guys are on time and polite. Girls at the store are great and were life savers with the new design! Everyone really goes above and beyond. Couldn’t be happier.

We recently had an inground pool installed and could not be happier with the entire experience! The project was completed in the time frame they quoted us and the finished result is absolutely beautiful. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and the pricing was very fair. The staff was friendly, personable and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions and made suggestions on things we were unsure of. We are very happy with our new pool and would highly recommend them to anyone considering an inground pool installation!

I recently had a pool installed by Caribbean Pools & Spas and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Dean and Nick were involved every step of the way, making sure everything was done right and on time. The craftsmanship is outstanding and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Came out to look at a pool i need work done on because another contractor left me in the lurch with a half done mess. Decided they arent interested in taking the project at all.

Absolutely fantastic! I have been coming here for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience . Every one is always so helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll never go to a different pool store.

After attempting to have our pool opened by staff and told they would return later that day. I called and heard Erica in the background being very rude and unprofessional. I paid for a service that was never rendered. I have used them for years and Erica is always rude. We will not return and I don't recommend them for anything.
