We were extremely satisfied with are new pool and enclosure. We went with Casa after hearing a few positive reviews from friends who used them. The build process was relatively smooth. Chip did an excellent job with scheduling and motoring the build. The subcontractors were very professional and performed high quality work. I need to give high praise to the subs that did the tile work and coping. They made sure every cut was precise and triple checked spacing to ensure a flawless finish. We highly recommend Casa Pools! Our new pool and spa is absolutely gorgeous! The new owners were great to work with - especially with our custom anchor mosaic tile that we custom ordered to honor the memory of our son. Casa staff was also great to work with throughout the install process and during pool school at the end of the build.

We love our Casa Pool! 💞 Casa Pools provided us a beautiful outdoor living space that exceeded our expectations. Our whole building experience has been positive from start to finish. Their staff is AMAZING!! Even after "Pool School" Stephanie returned to give us a refresher on the pool equipment and maintenance procedures. She is the BEST! We bought a house with a 2 year old Casa Pool. We are now having to redo all the pavers around the pool because of very poor work. They are not level and quite a few spots are collapsing. One spot collapsed because of a leak by the main underwater light. The pool was only 2 years old and should not have all these issues. When we told them about it they said they only do a 1 year warranty. They sent out a guy and he said there was a problem but we have to pay for it ourselves. We are overjoyed with our new pool! From start to finish, Casa Pools did an incredible job with the design, sales, buildout, initial maintenance, and the "pool school" training at the end of the process. Everyone on the team was friendly, responsive, and highly knowledgeable. We had tight quarters to work with and specifically wanted a lap pool—Casa delivered exactly what we asked for, and the final result completely exceeded our expectations!
