Kenny came out and was professional and very knowledgeable. I knew I needed a new motor and a heater. He was able to get my Hot Tub running perfectly. Would highly recommend them!

I would give a ZERO star if I could. Hired to replace pump- everything else was working & no leaks prior to pump replacement. After 1st pump installed, it stopped working. Had to come back 3 times to fix pump. Then had to order 2nd pump. After 2nd Pump installed it was working, but now leaking water. Came back, said would be here next week to fix leak. Did not show. Contacted 7 times from May26 thru August 17th, no response. Total costs: $1330.00. Hired another contractor to repair for $94.00. Leak was due to 2nd pump threaded askew allowing water through. So my husband and I's hot tub has been out of commission for a leak for quite sometime and we have missed it dearly and we're between whether we wanted to fix it or upgrade since it is an older hot tub. We finally decided to get a quote from Certified Hot Tub Repair. I sent them an email on Tuesday night with a picture of where the leak was coming from and they got us on the schedule the next day to come check it out.
