Certified Pool and Spa carry the best products. The Jacuzzi Brand carries all types and style of spas for any space whether it be contemporary or traditional. I had Randy and his team install a Jacuzzi JL-X at my home in Arrowcreek. They came on a day when there was 2 feet of snow at my home, the guys dug a path, removed rocks, and were able to have my Jacuzzi installed in less then an hour. They were thorough in teaching my wife and I how to use the spa, the set up was seamless. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a spa. If your looking for an honest, affordable, reliable, and responsive pool maintenance or service company. Keep looking. This company isn't any of those. I've had some pretty bad experiences with pool services over the years. Certified Pool and Spa made the top 3 on my list. Good luck.

We own our Jacuzzi spa for 2 years now. Everything went well when we bought the spa - delivery was on time - and installation went well. Everyone at Certified is easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and responsive. We did need a service call and they took care of everything under the warranty. I would recommend Certified to anyone in the market for a spa. They care about doing things right.

Purchased a used Jacuzzi spa and Certified Pool and Spa has been extremely helpful in getting me up to speed on everything I needed to do to care for and maintain my spa. These guys go out of their way to ensure that their customers are happy and well taken care of. Highly recommend them to anyone who's interested in purchasing a quality product. They back the products they sell and their customer service is outstanding!

Certified installed our pool and jacuzzi spa in 2015. When you call for a repair appointment they do not call back. Very frustrating .

Certified Pool And Spa represented that they could winterize our swim spa. However, in the spring when we refilled it, it leaked. It leaked all summer while they tried to fix it and it is still leaking now. Because it was dry for one day when the water level got down a foot, they say they fixed the leak. At the time, they acknowledged that it indicated the leak was up high. However, they lost their technician for our area, and they just want to be done with us! Beware if you hire this business!
