Certified pool pros did a great job installing our child safety fence. The job was done on time as promised and at a reasonable, fair rate. We will be using them for our regular service as well. It is a pleasure to deal with professionals.
I was amazed at how quickly but efficiently and careful they were at each detail of taking the old mess off the face of the pool and then reestablishing a beautiful resurfacing with new tile. I particularly appreciated Billy, who was true to his word a down to earth guy that’s easy to work with. I would recommend him and this company for resurfacing or any other thing that they offer. if they say they’re gonna be there tomorrow, they’ll be there tomorrow no delays.
These guys are great. My pool is coming along nicely and looks beautiful. The laborers are rad, friendly with me and my dog. 10/10 experience so far. Thanks CPP!
After many years I have finally found a pool maintenance company I'm really happy with. I've used Certified Pool Pros for almost a year now and my service tech Matt has been consistent and communicates every week. And he does a great job! I receive a text and email updating me each week. I highly recommend this company.
Billy did an excellent job consulting with us, understanding what we were looking for, providing pictures of similar pools so we could see how the finish might look, and then fulfilling on the vision. He kept us informed through the process and there were no surprises.
THEY JUST SOLD THE BUSINESS T0 POOL TROOPERS AND NEVER TOLD ME AND BILLED ME AND I JUST PAID THEN NOW FOUND OUT THEY ARE NO LONGER IN BUSINESS SO THEY STOP THE JUNE PAYMENT I GUESS I NEED AN ATTORNEY NEVER TOLD ME THAEY WERE LEAVING BUT TOOK MY MONEY AS IF THE WERE STAYING bILLY SEND ME MY MONEY BACK NOW YOU HAVE JUST STOLEN FROM ME PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY I PAID FOR JUNE AND YOU NEVER TOLD ME ANYTHING!
The pool looks great. Always arrives and takes care of the pool without bothering us.
I love that they notify me when they are are the way, when they have completed, details of the service and a picture of the pool. Gives peace of mind. Great customer service!!
