Brandon and Pool Troopers do a great job with our pool! We were struggling with another company that couldn’t get the chemicals right which left it green and very cloudy. They were able to come in and get it clear within a week. Since then they have been doing an awesome job. Photos from before and after. Thanks!

We switched to pool troopers when we converted our pool to salt water. So the salt cell is rented from them and they maintain it and service our pool. It has been nothing but headache since we switched. We love the saltwater pool but they are incapable of maintaining it properly. I think they even stopped selling salt at some point so nobody who works for them even knows how to do it anymore. We've had several new texts show up and treat it like a chlorinated pool. So now our pH is always off. Our chlorine is always too high. We're continuously being told it's not safe to swim and then don't h…

I don't know that I would trust this company to service your pool after drivers run you off the road purposely and when I finally pulled over next to him he reclined his chair back because he knew he was guilty for doing so and so I decided to write this review with his truck ID number so hopefully someone who cares to to read how these people work then at least you have an idea of the integrity....

Pool Troopers has been a substantial improvement since the transition from Amenity Pool. Special thanks to Juan Olmeda-Barreto, who was prompt, professional, and very accommodating with a time-sensitive service request. Excellent service.

Edit: Richard (Ricky) has been maintaining our pool for the past year and he remains professional, friendly and always on time. If I have a question, Ricky always has time to explain the answer. Also, manager Victor has always been available when issues arise during hurricanes or holidays. We couldn't be happier with the service that we continue to enjoy with Ricky and Victor @ Pool Troopers. Horrible customer service they started good for the first few months now starting summer. My pool is green with algae technicians. Come out throw some chlorine in some acid. Don’t even brush the pool or vacuum and call it a day. I called for days to get in contact so someone could come out and rebalance the water and clean properly, And all I get is that the manager Juan will call me and somebody will be out and nobody came out after a few days. I decide to cancel and go with someone else.
