I was pleased with every aspect of their work, from the initial consultation to the completion of the project. Henry explained the entire project step by step, and his team worked to achieve my final product. They did a complete renovation of the pool, coping and all new equipment. Henry is very attentive and responsive. I would definitely refer him for any pool needs you may have‼️

Extremely disappointed with the service and outcome. The job we were promised was abandoned, leaving us to hire another company to fix a pool leak that was included in the original estimate. Writing this review isn’t something I enjoy, but I feel compelled to share our experience. Henry assured us the leak would be fixed, and scheduled someone to come out on a Saturday—no one showed up, nor did we receive any notification. I called him, and he rescheduled for Tuesday, but again, no one showed up, and no updates were given. I followed up with texts, calls, and voicemails for two more days and …

I am extremely grateful to City Pool Services for providing exceptional service. They thoroughly cleaned my family's pool and left it looking brand new. The company is proficient in both English and Spanish, which is beneficial in South Florida. I will continue to use their services and recommend them to others. The owner was kind, helpful, punctual, professional, and completed the job efficiently.

I am very happy with the service I received. From the first day they were friendly, punctual and very professional. They explained everything to me patiently and left my pool spotless, like new. You can see the experience and care with which they work, they pay attention to every detail and always try to be satisfied. I will definitely always want them to be the ones who maintain my pool, because they give me confidence and I know that it is in the best hands. I definitely recommend them.
