We had an excellent experience with Guardian Pools. They did a beautiful job resurfacing our pool — the finished product looks amazing and completely transformed the space. Outstanding service from our pool technician! GEORGE DIAZ After nearly 3 hours of hard work, patience, and determination, he was able to figure out how to unlock and fully restore the control system for the plunge pool. What seemed impossible turned into a perfectly working system thanks to his expertise and persistence. Professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated to getting the job done right. I really wanted to like this company because they started out great, but things quickly went downhill. After a few months, they began skipping services, which caused my pool to turn green multiple times. When I asked about it, they convinced me the issue was my filter. I trusted them and replaced it through their company—only to later find out they weren’t being honest. On top of that, my technician kept trying to sell me used products, and every time I raised concerns, the office completely ignored me. I’ve never been offered a refund or even an apology. I have been with this company for about 2 years now. They offer excellent professional service, with high quality chemicals according to the needs of your pool. David, the owner is amazing and he will make sure that if any issue comes up it will get resolved. They have the perfect maintenance plan for my pool. High accountability showing up their day and keep you updated all the time. My pool technician is great leaving my pool perfect for us to enjoy. I highly recommend them.

I have used Gaurdian pools for a few years now and have always enjoyed the care and effort they have put in to my pool. Great customer service and extremely reliable. I was particularly impressed by their prompt and efficient service. Abraham adheres to his scheduled day and consistently delivers exceptional service each week.

What started as a misunderstanding turned into a great working relationship. Richard, the manager went above and beyond to solve my issues and clear up the misunderstanding. Highly recommend this company.
