Im a first time buyer and I choose CJE. I loved how beautiful the houses are. Im so grateful I got to buy my first home with them. Hello I'm MR OROZCO I just want to thank CJE Construction for building our home. I would highly recommend for who ever wants to build their home this is the company you should go with. Julio Carranza would answer all my questions that I had, because I the client have a disability he went over beyond to fulfill my expectations. This was a very challenging experience for Mr. Carranza. We will be doing more projects in the future with CJE Construction. I’m truly thankful for everything that was done for me. I was helped in so many ways—got approved right away and was able to close in less than a month. I honestly couldn’t be any happier. While others told me I couldn’t get a home, CJE Construction made it happen and got me the house I truly wanted. A special thank you to Julio Carranza, the owner, who guided me throughout the entire process alongside his salesman Robert Guzman—both were there every step of the way.
