Avoid Infinity Homes at all costs. I waited a little over a year to write this review, fearing backlash and that none of my warranty issues would be addressed, yet they never were. Their incompetence is staggering—delays, miscommunications, and a complete disregard for quality control characterize their work. The final product was a disaster, riddled with glaring defects and poor craftsmanship. They look good and first but floors cracked ceilings cracked. Paint is cheap. Showers have cracks. Just overall I do not recommend them. They are way over priced. Room doors close by themselves. Paint chipping by itself.

I figured I would wait a couple years of being into my home before writing a review so here I am. The initial experience with Infinity was great. They seemed to understand what we wanted and were very flexible on if you want to add little details. The build went mostly smoothly until about six months on. After six months it became apparent they were not going to be timely in answering questions or solving problems. After a year and a half of the build we had no choice but to finish the house ourselves as we had a baby due and no place to live since they kept telling us they could finish it in …

It seems we purchased a new build from them that’s actually a fixer upper. Cabinets have broken, the tub fell out of place after the caulk stripped away. There is no electricity running to ring camera that they installed. The paint on the walls is chipping. They didn’t install dishwasher it’s completely lose. They damaged materials we purchased out of pocket during the build and splattered paint everywhere. They didn’t seal the color on the drive way which is now stripping away. Most importantly we were never refunded the credits owed. Many more things are just TERRIBLE QUALITY. I cannot even …

Infinity homes only wants your money and doesn't care about you once they get it. Our experience with them has been a nightmare. Zero communication, six months late on home completion, added an upgrade without telling us what it cost then telling us they can't fix the myriad of problems until we pay for the upgrade. I told them to take the upgrade out but now they won't answer my calls or texts. These crooks will absolutely take your money and run with it. Good luck trying to get them to honor their warranty.

Went to one of the open homes and they stayed way over the time they had posted and didn't rush me at all. I loved the quality of the work in the home we saw, and they answered all the questions I have. Will definitely have them at the top of my list for when I'm ready to build!
