Such a sleazy company! They try to tack on extra fees to your monthly set fee. They stayed for maybe 5 minutes, yet they claim they did so many things to my pool! They think homeowners are stupid! I fired them on Oct. 21, 2024, with final payment 3 days later. Now, over a month later, they have the audacity to take $120 out of my bank account!!! I left messages with NO reply!! I disputed this charge with my bank, so either way, they're not keeping my money!! If they had any decency they would call me to correct their error! I would never recommend this company!!

Classic pool was an excellent choice for a pool heater & installation. Joanne was quick to provide a cost, complete the county permit, and install - took about a week total. It was affordable, the pool heater itself is great, and Joanne was very friendly. Thankful to find her!

I've used there service for a month and a half now. I also have Water Guru to help me with what's going on with the chemistry of the water. Because of asking questions, they have eliminated their service od my pool. Sad situation and wouldn't use them for the service they provide.

Professional, and quick response when I called for service. She installed a light in the pool an d when there was a problem with the product, she came out quickly and replaced it.. I’m very pleased with her service and would recommend her.

Went out of town for a month and hired classic pools to start cleaning my pool. They didn’t clean the filter at all the whole month. Also, have been back for over 2 weeks (supposed to come weekly) and nobody has been here. Text them today to see what’s going on and their response was “please find another pool service. I was there myself and we only do filters once a month”?!?! Very unprofessional

Joanne was amazing we needed a new pool Heater was delivered in a day Joanne disconnected the old one installed the new could not be happier very fair price efficient easy to communicate with knowledgeable highly recommend you won’t be disappointed she did a amazing job Thank you so much Lisa
