We had a great experience with Pool Boy. We called them for a service call on our leaking pump and filter, and they came out the very next day. They repaired everything quickly and at a very reasonable price. About two weeks later, we noticed another leak. The technician who came out explained that it didn’t appear to be related to the original repair, but they still fixed it at no charge because they truly stand behind their work. I can't say enough about the customer service and professionalism this company has. It started with Terry keeping in contact with me about what was needed and getting a technician to come out and assess the problem. It was 15 mins after the time frame of arrival, but June called me with an update and in 20 mins later Chase came out, quickly found the problem fixed it without trying to sell us something that wasn't truly needed. My husband and I, and our 5 year old long hair German Shepherd moved to Punta Gorda area in May. We hired Pool Boy to take care of our pool. We know nothing about pools, except that we want a crystal clear, gorgeous pool! That's exactly what we get with Pool Boy service. Our maintenance is over seen by Josh. He is extremely knowledgeable about pools, and his work ethic is second to none. He is also very kind. So happy with our weekly service.

We’ve been with PB for 3 yrs now and have no complaints. June, office manager, is great to communicate with and keeps us posted if there’s an issue with the pool, if our regular guy is out sick & who will be coming and relaying messages to the service guys. They’ve installed a new pool heater, new pump and assisted with clean up after Milton and have been able to take care of all our needs thus far.

Josh cleans our saltwater pool on a weekly basis and does an excellent job. He suggested that a technician come out to check out our salt cell. Jason came out, determined that the cell needed replaced and within 48 hours the new cell had been installed. Very professional and friendly staff. Pool Boy can do it all--weekly cleaning, equipment installation and equipment service. We highly recommend them.

Kept losing water and they did not stop until they found the source and fixed it! Unbelievable pricing! I have them weekly for cleanings. Hayward is so nice and amazing!! Now what I can say about Jason who worked so hard fixing our water issue! Give that guy a raise 😊 💯 recommend the pool boy!!!

We purchased a house 2 months ago and yeah, we have a pool. AND had know idea what we were doing. Things started turning rough with algae growing. Thankfully, the former owners had a sticker for Pool Boy on their pool equipment. I called at 830am on a Friday and Terry was very helpful. She had 3 guys out to our house that very afternoon.
