The salesman very tentative until he gets your money. Good luck trying to get them to honor any warranty's. The repair failed almost immediately Spring 2025. Promised to fix in the fall, until fall arrived then silence refused to answer calls or texts until I suggested if he was so busy schedule us in the Spring 2026. Many promises again how we were going to be first on the list until he stopped communicating again. The excuses about weather are BS. We had to give up and move on. I personally would not recommend this business. he took our money and cheated us.

Clay and his crew have serviced my pool for years. As a professional property manager who deals with service companies all day, I can tell you that Clay is knowledgeable, responsive, responsible and fairly priced. He's first rate.

Extremely responsive. Quickly came out to diagnose and repair a number of problems that the company we used to open our pool (who we've since fired) failed to take care of.
