Called Dave to get a quote for my hot tub, scheduled a time that worked for both of us and he was prompt and professional. He was able to fix the issue on the spot. I would recommend him to anyone needing service.

A Con man, and like the other person mentioned, there is no secretary. The only thing he will do is respond immediately when you call, act like he is responsive, then take your money for coming out to “assess the problem,” and you never hear from him again. This isn’t. A real business, that is why he has 3 or 4 businesses linked to his personal call phone. Once he was paid to come out & give a quote, we never heard from him again. Stay clear from this guy, don’t get taken!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! David barely answers the phone. Makes appointments and doesnt show up, no call, wont answer texts or calls, no nothing. Days later the excuse was, "I had a long day". Yeah b.s.. After a month, he shows up finally, looks at it then david leaves without telling us anything. I had to call and text for days till he answered and tell me what was wrong with it. David WILL NOT CALL you or tell you anything unless you hound him and pull teeth. There is a fake review on here from a few weeks ago saying they are professional and the receptionist blah blah blah. This guys is a joke. He blew us off and then wouldn’t respond to messages. My husband finally got him to come out. He looked at the hot tub and told my husband he might have a part. Bottom line, he took our money and we haven’t seen him again.

I have been using Dave for my hot tub service and repairs for over 20 years. Highly recommend Dave and his team, excellent technicians.
