If you are looking for pool cleaning services don't hire clean waves. Was great in the beginning but not now. Guy comes here yesterday. Mind you is the last Wednesday of the month and they are too do the filter. Guy was here less than 3 minutes. Did not add chemicals like he claimed as my levels all showed low to none at all. $195 a month just to come here skim baskets, spot vacuum, and skim top layer of the pool. I've had my fair share of problems with other pool companies in the past but Clean Waves Pool services have been great. My pool always looks nice and clean, they clean everything they said they cleaned, no cutting corners. They are also very consistent with their time of arrival and day scheduled which is my favorite part!

Our pool service tech Brian from Clean Waves is an experienced professional and very reliable. He’s personable and a good communicator. He’s very efficient and thorough in his work. As a nice feature after completing the weekly tasks, he sends a status email to convey tested pool water chemistry, if a backwash was performed, a snapshot of the freshly brushed and cleaned surface, and any other concerns.

After pleading with me to give him a 5 star review because another customer submitted a 1 star review, the owner proceeded to cancel our service after we found out we had a leak. We agreed for him to service the pool even thought the chemicals weren’t holding. He agreed. 1 week later he sent me a text canceling our service because he said he wasn’t “profitable” going back on our agreement. Heater admitted he added more pools to his route so we were pushed to the side. He manipulated us into the review to help offset his bad reviews then backed out of our agreement.
