We called Fresh Finish Pools to price a replacement water heater for our pool after calling several other vendors. We just didn't feel the right level of service was present until we connected with Fresh Finish. They called back quickly, had someone come out not just to price the job but also to discuss improvements we could make while doing the work. Before I get into the details, just know they deserve 10 stars, and I highly recommend them. I can’t say enough good things about Fresh Finish Pools. We originally had a pool builder install a new hot tub connected to our existing pool. Based on their recommendation, we went with Pentair automation along with fire and water bowls. Conner did a great job in replacing my filter cartridge. Besides showing me he also explained how to handle the equipment and gave suggestions. I’m also impressed by their front office. They answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, ordered parts immediately, and sent out their team quickly.

I needed warranty repair for a Pentair Product and was given several companies to contact to complete the service. Fresh Finish Pools was the ONLY company to contact me after leaving a message. They were very courteous and their office staff (Jill) was wonderful. The technician fixed my problem the same day without any delay. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing pool service. Thanks for the great experience.
