Working with Coastal Custom Pools has been a great experience. I highly recommend them. Yes, we have had some bumps in the process but all was addressed quickly and professionally. The Service Coordinator, Gineska, gets issues addressed right away and keeps you informed. The Pool Techs, Kevin and Jeff, go above and beyond to make sure everything is running efficiently. They are kind and honest people. They want the best results to keeping the pool clean and equipment running the way it should. You cannot go wrong using this company!

My family was referred to Coastal by a friend who had their pool, deck and screen enclosure built by Coastal a couple years ago. I must say what an experience so far from the responsiveness, the punctuality and the overall communication from everyone we have worked with. As an investor, I priroritize efficiency and responsiveness as much as I value a fair price. I also like how Coastal truly takes its time to scope out a project ensuring it is priced correctly to remove surprises during the pool build process.

We're just at the beginning of our pool renovation with Coastal Custom Pool & Spa, but I want to convey how great they've been so far, communicating with me so nicely and in such a timely manner! And a special thank you to Tauris and Kevon, our demo crew, who worked so hard & cleaned up nicely when done. They went above and beyond, at our daughter's request, to bring back the old tiles that had been taken away, so she can make mosaic art with them, in memory of her times in the old pool with her grandmother--nice!

Coastal Custom built a new pool for me 2 years ago. Approximately 12-months later, pool tiles were falling off the spillway wall and they provided warranty work to correct the problem. It is now a year later and tiles have been falling off the interior sidewalls of the pool- these problems were all being monitored within the 1 year warranty period. When I requested they complete the repairs under warranty, I was given an estimate to pay again for their substandard workmanship.
