This is my second year working for Continetal pools as a lifeguard on the J1 Cultural Exchange Programme. No company is perfect and this comment us based on my experience. 1. Everything that was stated my contract was honored. I have never had to complain about my hours being short or being unfairly paid, by the company. 2. Work times are reasonable and allow for participation in cultural activities which I enjoy participating in. I’ve been working for the SOVA office as a winter service tech for a little over 2 months now, and I’ve been really enjoying it.
