Between lackluster customer service and broken promises it has been a horrible experience. We had our liner changed out last year and it ripped within a few days. Our warranty argument was shot down but a promise to install a new liner (liner cost, no labor charge) at the beginning of this year. A quick call turned into “unable to wave labor due to how long it’s been”. Would not recommend, we’ve just ended up with no pool and dead grass.

The customer service this place has provided has been nothing but a disappointment. We asked them to open our pool this summer. Lets start by saying they did not show up on the scheduled date provided by Oliver's. When they showed up a week later, the tech was completing the opening process. During that time, the tech recommended we purchase a new hose to the pump because ours was leaking. Wanting to trust the company, we purchased the hose. After more rescheduled appointments from Oliver's the tech finally comes to install said hose and that didn't happen because NOW (according to tech) we ha…

This pool company is terrible. Booked the job and paid for liner months ahead, but when spring came we had to keep calling and calling to get it started. When old liner was removed, there were repairs needed, but they only did a quick patch job and put liner in anyway. Then when they started to fill it, the sides started to collapse. Then they abandoned us. They would not take our calls, wouldn't return our messages and just left the job in ruins. These guys are not professional and I can't even communicate the amount of heartache they caused. Don't trust your pool to them.

After traveling 4 times within a week and a half, 2 hours round trip, 8 hours total, over $150 in products, plus gas, following all steps they told us to do...our pool is no better. Last time my husband was in there there was a man describing the same issue we have. They gave him the same steps and products they gave us the first time. Looks to be just a product sale to me. Sample water was perfect according to them. How? NEVER AGAIN. My sister had also had issues with Oliver's last year. Lost as customer also.

A huge thank you to Oliver's Pools and Melody, Tina, and Travis. Our new pool liner is perfect. After our liner of only 3 years(installed by another company) split, we ordered from Oliver's, and it was installed within 2 weeks. Travis and company were so helpful and professional. Thank you Oliver's for giving us a beautiful pool to enjoy for the rest of our summer.

I love Oliver's. They are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had a service appointment on Saturday, September 6, 2025, to repair a leaking pool pump. Noone showed up. Noone even had the courtesy to call and let me know why. How could customer service be any worse?
