I recently purchased my house which had a neglected and destroyed pool. Mason and his team did a phenomenal job of turning this disaster into my summer oasis. This team was hardworking from beginning to end and extremely organized. They were all very personable and answered any questions we had. Mason went over all the new equipment with me and assured me that I could call the office should any questions arise. I was extremely pleased with the work and cleanup of this team at Coty Pools.

Mason and Ed came to replace our liner, Seth did the measurements and fixed our leak at the first of the season in which we decided on the purchase of our new liner, he gave us our price point and Justin was helpful with install info and billing. Job was done professionally, neat and informative. We are happy with our liner choice and hope to get many years from our new liner, like our old liner. We would recommend Coty Pools for your liner install.

The team at Coty Pool was very responsive from the start with Justin coming out soon after we called for a quote to replace our pool liner. He took measurements, discussed options, and left us with samples to review. The quote was good and we appreciated reading other positive reviews, so we went forward with the project. We have used Coty Pool Co to open and close our pool, replace our pool cover and purchase parts for years. When our pool was opened this year, and the guys noticed a 15 foot tear in the liner we were devasted! We expected the process to take a month. Seth was extremely responsive in coming to measure, sending the quote and ordering the liner. Justin kept us in the loop and remained in contact with us regarding the status of the project. Incredibly helpful. This is our first year in a new house and the first time owning a pool (Old Saybrook). Coty has been key to getting us started with our pool. (well beyond "normal"/paid services). Starting planning last year. Yvonne in office coordinates everything and the work was completed as scheduled and the new liner is beautiful and the stairs that were repaired are great .Everyone was kind. Each person did their work well and clean up was great . I was kept informed of everything
