After several failed attempts with a pool place in Montville, we were delighted with the expertise demonstrated at Pool Care in Pawcatuck, Connecticut. Well, I wasn’t going to give a review until my most recent find on my pool equipment. Pool Care inc. came with the house I bought. 2021 was my first Summer with them. For the most part, they were good until this summer 2024. Over time I had noticed every time my Pool was being shocked I was being charged $200. I've been going to Pool Care for years and they have always been honest, very helpful and knowledgeable, and won't sell you anything you don't need. In the 20+ times I've been there I've never waited for a minute to be helped. Can you find some of the chemicals online for cheaper? Yes, but in this store you get it immediately and are helping support a local business.

The company's response to my initial review is a complete misrepresentation of what took place. Never were we told that there would be a $140 service fee JUST for coming to our house. Not even once I called to discuss my invoice was I told that that was the case. I was just spoken to disrespectfully and told that it was a fee for wasting their time. My husband explained very plainly on the phone when making the appointment that we needed help because our pool was cloudy and now you're suggesting that you didn't know that our pool was cloudy when you sent your technicians out.
