18 years ago, CP installed our pool and today, they put in a new liner. Steve P and DJ started about 8 am, and the pool was filled with sparkling water at 5 pm. I truly cannot say enough about Steve P and DJ. Both were exceptionally attentive to our needs, kind, and great workers!

Needed a new above ground pool installed prior to deck being installed, Country Pools had the pool installed on time. Great job!

The service is amazing; staff are always helpful, going above and beyond what I expected. I have been a customer about 4 years (as a new pool owner needing a lot of assistance). Everyone makes me feel so comfortable, even when I felt like an idiot because I asked so many questions. Lauren is the BEST!! She is so attentive, and knowledgeable; it's truly unparalleled. The owner is also involved/hands on, but still relatable and easy to talk to. Initially I checked into other providers- but none can compare to the amazing staff/service at Country Pools in Natrona. Country Pools are awesome. Even when I don't know what I need, they provide knowledge. I like the service we receive every time we visit them. We had a problem with our in ground pool, Lauren took care of scheduling an appointment, the same day. We had our pools fixed the same day. Keep up the great service. We recommend them to all our friends.

I was searching their number this morning for a quick question I had about a heater I just purchased from them this weekend, and I was shock to the negative review. I am thinking this could not be about the Natrona Heights store? Lauren and Al have helped me out so much in the past few years, from helping me with a Pump I bought from another Pool store, when and where I got my pool.
