Great communication with the crew and the day of the appt was kept even though the shipper sent the cover to Wichita instead of Overland Park. Installation went well with no problems and an explanation of what was done and things for me to know was explained at conclusion of the project!

I would give them an overall 3.5, only due to the postponement of my install which was scheduled for a Friday and was actually installed the following Monday. The team was good to work with in the quote and pricing process, throughout the planning phase and the install team(Lucas lead) was very good! The only mishap was the scheduling issues or else it would been 5 star service!

We have a broken rope on a three-year-old cover. $500 to repair. Biggest disappointment is the cover installation hasn’t been good from the beginning. It always catches on that side. We have to have somebody lift up on the cover while somebody else runs the buttons. We did have Cover Care back out to look at this during the early months. They left saying they thought they had it fixed. It didn’t go another week without hanging up again. We should’ve kept bugging them, but we had other issues we had been fighting and were tired of calling service people to come out. Maybe we will get them to fi…
