Corey and Riley are spot on Everytime. Corey never fails to repair, explain and educate. Pretty cool that a couple of Firefighters not only worry bout public safety but they work to help the little guy like me enjoy life. Terrible terrible attitude. Not a good way to treat customers inquiring about service and products. It is very painstaking to even get an appointment scheduled, and even a quote on a cover. The company makes you wait all day until about 4:59 to call you and then insults saying “this isn’t worth a lot of my time to show up and measure for a new install” just terrible service

Cover Care came and replaced my old pool cover and it looks better now than when it was new. The crew knew what they were doing. It took less than 3 hrs. I would highly recommend Cover Care for cover replacement or repair.

Replacement technicians were great; office staff, not so much. I was scheduled for work on a Friday and Thursday evening I received a text message confirmation. When no one showed up Friday morning, I called the office after lunch to inquire and was told quite bluntly that I had been rescheduled for the next Tuesday. I said that I felt that I should have been informed of the change and was told that the technicians knew what was needed and that I did not need to be here for the work. Since the pool is in a fenced and locked back yard with dogs, I did need to be here to provide access. I …
