Incredibly Happy! Office staff on the phone was super friendly and helpful. They were actually able to move my service date up by a full week and then the repair took less than 20 minutes. Friendly technicians and very accommodating. Pool related services don't typically go all that well, but Cover Care exceeded expectations!

The cover really didn’t look cleaner, and it still doesn’t close smoothly, and doesn’t sound right. I’m not really sure they did anything but rinse it off.

Zachary was great on communication before during and after the completion of work. Very professional and got right to work! I appreciated that as the cost per hour was concerning at first not knowing if they would “milk” the hourly job. Got in and out quickly.

Required service after 2 years due to worn cover guides and mi-alignment. Requires a 2 man service call so cost is pricey. Love the cover for safety and cleanliness. Worth every penny.

I had contacted another company that told me I needed a new motor, shaft and tons of other repairs when actually it was a faulty key cover and they were also able to replace my cover that have come out of the retainer wall ! GREAT JOB LEE

The two guys didn't waste any time, they got right to resolving the issues with the cover. They were helpful by explaining how the cover worked mechanically and pointed out another potential problem which I had them fix as well. I am happy with their work.
