Their customer service is so far above the bar they pretty much set the new standard for me now. Christina was a delight to work with and the the fact that she could get me into the cleaning schedule for the following day sort of blew me away. When I left for work my pool was milky and slightly green. Quite horrible timing with a birthday party scheduled for Saturday. Had issues with pool not priming after another company had come out to fix a pump leak. Called Executive Pools on Monday and they came out today and found all the issues and fixed everything in less than 2 hours. Brian did an excellent job and is very knowledgeable about his work. Definitely a great company with great customer service and technicians with expertise in their field. I highly recommend this company for pool repair needs.

This is a family small, family style pool repair company that has cared for our back yard pool for many years. We enjoy their quality work and caring support staff. I am not in agreement with some of the other reviewers who down rated them when they sent a contract out for work before completion. This company can be left alone to manage and correct any problems with out my supervision. On a personal level we feel very comfortable having them come to our home.

I am extremely disappointed with the pool opening service provided by executive pools. I made an appointment two months in advance for them to open my pool, but they cancelled on me the day before the scheduled date. This was incredibly frustrating, as I had been looking forward to using my pool and had made plans around the scheduled appointment. Not only did the cancellation inconvenience me, but the company did not offer any alternatives or solutions to help rectify the situation. Their lack of communication and disregard for my time and needs was unacceptable. I would not recommend this …

I am very happy with the service from Executive Pools. They really do everything pool-related - from pool opening, to cleanings, to loop-lock covers, to finding/repairing leaks. I appreciate their professionalism!
