Shane was great. He walked us through how to maintain our cover and to keep things running. Why do I like these covers? Because if I am not home I don't have to worry about some type of accident happening. These covers do an excellent job keeping debris out of the pool and really reduce clean-up time.

Cover Care generously donated a free pool cover to our family. Words will never be enough to express our gratitude to Cover Care for their kindness and incredible act of philanthropy. Our pool contractor abandoned his financial obligations to us, and after 3 years, he never gave us our cover, which we paid him for up front. While we were not happy that our pool cover rope broke, we were happy that cover care was out there very quickly, and they fixed it very quickly, and they even explained all of what they were doing. I thought I could do it myself, but after watching a few videos, I thought I should leave it up to the pros, and I'm glad that I did. Very friendly, on time, I definitely recommend them.
