This is our second season using Pool Dr and first time pool owners. They are always easy to schedule our opening and closing. When I have any testing issues they are always willing to meet me and test our water and gave great advise on what to use to clear the issue. Definitely 100% recommendation! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Hired for the 2024 season. Was a day late opening the pool and I had to call for updates as they did not give me any update when they did not show up on the scheduled time. For the weekly cleaning, they did a no call and no show. I called the next morning and they said that the person was goin got be here that day. Again they did not show at the scheduled time or called at all.

Absolutely the best service. This is our first pool and he explained everything really well and helped us get our pool clear in just a couple days after it not having been opened in 2 years. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their pool!

They came out to give us a new sand filter and fit some piping into our original piping for the new sand filter. We have a pretty weird system and they worked with it. Ty was very great, even after when we thought that there wasnt enough sand. Our bad! Well when we went to fire up the pool, unfortunately one of the techs forgot to glue a portion of it and you can imagine the mess that made. Pretty unhappy when I called to tell them this thing busted off. Ty came out though, same day and got it fired up and went above and beyond to fix the issue.
