OK, this was a whole new level of customer care. Excellent isn’t good enough to describe it. Ludger went way above any standard level of effort to resolve my problem. He patiently explained every step of the troubleshooting so that I understood the depth of my issue. Coversafe ( and its predecessor company ) have been servicing my automatic pool cover for many years. Last year, my cover was ripped up by a falling tree limb, and the company assessed the damage promptly, got me the documentation to file my insurance claim for the new cover, and arrived at the date and time window promised to install the new cover. Service and office personnel are accessible and ready to answer questions.

So Todd showed up today to do the yearly check of our cover. I have been with Coversafe for many years. I have never seen a technician do such a complete and thorough job as Todd did today. If he recommended we fill the pool I would have gotten the machines and started filling it... Seriously not only did he take the time to do a complete job but he was very patient explaining what and why he did everything. I would say with service like this you have me as a customer for life...

Todd is absolutely phenomenal! He was meticulous in every aspect of our cover servicing, kept us updated and informed and left our cover looking brand new (it’s 5 years old!). Kudos to the effort he makes in his work!
