Cozy pools and patios is 100% my new favorite!! These guys have been working non stop and so hard since March building my dream pool! I shopped around and I found honesty and integrity and damn hard working folks right here in Mt. Airy! Cozy pools exceeded my expectations and Keith, Leslie and their son Tyler are top notch! I would highly recommend Cozy Pool to anyone owning a pool in the area.  The owner and staff are easy to work with, friendly, and very knowledgeable.  They always take the time to answer questions, explain things (especially about pool chemistry), and make great recommendations when it comes to helping us care for our pool.  As a relatively new pool owner, I greatly value that kind of top-notch service.  Last summer I bought a Polaris Skimbot after talking in detail with the team at Cozy Pool.  It has turned out to be a great investment, especially since our pool is surrounded by trees. From start to finish, Cozy pool was incredible. Leslie listened to us from day one.she wasn’t just selling, she truly cared about what we wanted. As the owner, she made everything feel welcoming and supportive. Keith and Tyler were amazing and always showed up. Cozy Pools has been my go-to for many years for pool water analysis, pool chemistry recommendations and purchasing chemicals and replacement parts. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and works to try to understand your specific problem so they can provide the right advice. I've come to the store several times with unique pool water issues and have been able to work with Cozy to find a solution each time. Their pricing for chemicals is always reasonable and competitive with other stores and online retailors.

RULE OF THUMB for REVIEWS....If you see reviews by people who have never did a review and it's right after a not so popular review, the company more than likely asked them to do it or it is more than likely not a genuine review. Look for reviews by people who have reviewed numerous times and are giving both positive and negative reviews. Very disappointed with our experience and the overall lack of customer service. We chose Cozy Pool because the previous homeowner recommended them and because they indicated they were already familiar with our pool. As first-time pool owners, we thought we would be working with a company that valued educating new customers and building long-term relationships. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
