These are the type of People you need in your project. Willing to understand the scope of other trades around them to help lead to solutions. We were stuck with a problem from a landscaper. Coverstar visited the site several times to help define the solution to problems clearly created by others.

The only thing better than enjoying our pool in summer is our Coverstar Canada pool cover during fruit season, with the neighbours old walnut tree that overhangs our yard. It keeps our pool look great and easy to maintain. 12 years and counting. Fabulous product that’s worth every penny. 2023 - Extra shout out to Mike, the Owner of Eclipse Pools in Windsor for amazing service as the SW Ontario repair guy. He literally went the extra mile before the July long weekend so that my cover was working for my Canada party!!

I just had my Coverstar safety blanket serviced and cleaned. The guys did a superb job fixing the the mechanics of the system and cleaning the cover. Theyu also cleaned the trench the cover rolls into. They spent almost 3 hours here. Cleaned up after themselves. Everything working perfectly now.

I recently had a replacement cover done by Andre and Jordan in Toronto. These two gentlemen were utterly amazing. 10+/10 stars. I can’t say enough positive things about their timeliness, professionalism, expertise, kindness, skill and warm personalities. Your product is great. It’s guys like Andre and Jordan that keep your customers for life. Me included.

This is our 3rd replacement cover but its the first time hiring Cover Star. We experienced the highest level of quality and professionalism as is possible. Ambal confidently explained the benefits of the Cover Star system which proved to be true. The quality is obvious as it runs smoother and quieter than our previous covers. We were also very comfortable with the professionalism of the installation crew, they were great! VERY impressed with this group! I have used them multiple times now and I am always perfectly satisfied. My pool cover broke over the weekend. I messaged the team this morning and it hasn't even been 4 hours since that email and they have already been here, fixed a major problem and are done! Great communication, service and expertise. Highly recommended.

Hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone. It’s all automated prompting and when you do get ahold of someone they will not help you over the phone they insist you do it all online and upfront before they will offer to help you. Terrible customer service and difficult to work with. I’ve never dealt with a company with such bad customer service.

Had a maintenance call scheduled, guys were on time, walked me through the mechanics of the whole thing and replaced a fraid pully rope. Excellent job.
