Extremely disappointed with my experience at Mirada. In early 2026, we discovered significant mold growth and moisture issues behind the basement walls. We spent thousand dollars to get an independent professional engineer's report confirming building code violations, specifically air barrier discontinuity at the slab-to-wall interface. Despite the evidence, the developer and their warranty provider (WBI) are refusing to take responsibility, hiding behind a "passed municipal inspection" excuse from years ago. We moved in our Mirocon house March 2024. The quality and the design style are very impressive. Above all, their customer service is excellent. Every time their response is quick and helpful. We just have our one year warranty repair done and even just the minor issues, their workers had all the work done beautifully. They even did some works that are not under warranty as good will gesture. We are super happy with the house and their service. Must 5 stars!

We bought a home with Miracon and we are so proud that we made this purchase. The house is so well designed and quality build. Everyone visiting our house has a dream of buying one of similar houses. Ron, their VP operations is just wonderful. He listens and takes each and every matter very seriously. Every issue we have had has been fixed the same day in few hours. We are so happy that we are actually planning to buy another home with them in their next project. Highly recommended!

I cannot speak more highly about the Miracon team. First time home owner. Unit 99. The process was flawless especially been a first time buyer. They helped me through the process. Every single person we work with at MIracon was fantastic. I have lived at my townhouse for the past 2 years. No issues and i love it. Best decision of my life. It's easy to gravitate towards giving a 5 star review for Miracon Development as the quality of the home is perfect, inside and out. The customer service provided by Ron, Kelly, Dale and the rest of the team has been timely, professional, knowledgeable and they show that they care about you and your home - this is extremely rare nowadays. I don't think there is a developer out there that completes the whole package more than Miracon and I highly recommend purchasing a home you can be proud of from this amazing developer.
