Demarcus has been an amazing asset to our pool life! He helped with the wiring, getting the app online and any issues (which have been minimal) that come up. Very responsive when asking questions and always polite and professional. I have recommended Cox Pools to my friends and neighbors. My parents did put in a pool using cox as well.

After meeting with Ryan we designed the pool we wanted. April 28 2025 they started and on June 27 we had a finished pool. Demarcus was the greatest on explaining how the Pentair system works and how to do all the basic cleaning and pump maintenance. I recommend using Cox pools because they show up on scheduled times and always answer any questions at anytime.

I love Cox Pools because they have wonderful employees. DeMarcus has come to do repairs or show me how to do something on my pool. He is so knowledgeable and is the nicest person to deal with. He is polite and doesn’t make me feel like I should know how to do everything. Honestly he is a gem and hopefully Coxs appreciates him as much as their customers do.

Cox pools built our dream pool. The process was easy and clear from start to finish. From the digging to installation to features to pumps it all worked together. It came out beautifully. Special thanks to Demarcus, Brandon and Scott.

His expertise and professional attention to detail was supported by his manner and friendly response when needed...which continues these many months since completion!
