Be aware of this company. They will not get back in touch with you in a timely manner, especially if you have complaints. Once they get your money for the pool, they don’t care. The coping around my pool was installed haphazardly“big chunks out of the coping, cracks in coping” and my electrical face plate that controls my pool was fried when they installed it “probably from leaving it out in wet cardboard boxes” The pool company done nothing in regards to the fried panel, it was my husband that had to call the warranty company to get the control unit fixed. December 2025 update: **I AM VERY CONCERNED THAT THIS POOL WILL NOT STAND THE TEST OF TIME** we are now over 250 days since we started our project. It has been a nightmare. Communication is extremely poor and every employee we have come in contact with is INCOMPETENT except the nice women who answer the phone at the office. Almost everything on our project has been done 2-3 times over because they cannot do it correctly, including the lanai company Gulf Aluminum (would NOT recommend). Hunter and Jeremy at Southern Poolscapes helped transform our backyard into an oasis for the AL summer heat. Great communication and dedication to make sure things were done right the first time and willing to make adjustments to fit our exact requirements. Excellent customer service. Took the time to show us locally completed pools in the area to help envision our own project and help put us at ease for the large financial and very permanent decisions we were making. Very impressed with the craftsmanship of the pool and spa. Will update review with final finished landscaping.

Horrible company. Don’t be fooled by their new name. Same people that used to be Premier Pools. My pool was finished in March 2023. Our decking began collapsing around the skimmers less than a year after completion. They said 1 year warranty but this is obviously a workmanship issue. It’s dangerous and I need a new deck on a less than 3 year old pool. Do not make an incredibly expensive mistake and use this company.

This pool company is by far the best you’ll find! The whole team was amazing! They are all so helpful and communicate very well through out the whole process. The construction is exceptional quality and they finished right on time. Mike Ponce was an excellent introduction to the company and custom designed my pool to fit the small space. Jeremy’s on going support as my superintendent was phenomenal with constant communication on the building process. Highly recommend!!!

Very pleased. Design was flexible and accomodating to my plan and ended up beautiful. Communication was excellent. Execution was definitely above average quality. When I had a concern with something, they did not push back and promptly corrected it to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the final result. Solid company.

Paul Marchant and Southern Poolscapes were amazing... My pool is ready for the summer! Paul was there every step of the way- he did tell me that construction can be a pain at times. I have built two homes and understand construction. I wanted a end result of "amazing" and got it. Cheers C.C

Had a great experience with Southern Poolscapes in Fairhope. The team was reliable, easy to communicate with, and delivered exactly what was promised. Hunter Talley went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and kept me updated along the way. Really happy with how everything turned out—would absolutely use them again.
