One of the hardest working teams I’ve ever seen. They truly take pride in their work, paying attention to the small details that make a big difference. What really stands out is how much they care about their customers. You can count on them to be professional, reliable, and to go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. Creative pools took my small backyard and created a beautiful space for entertaining. They made blue stone walls and patio, terraced gardens and a hot tub. The lighting they used made it look enchanted and inviting. It's now my favorite place to seat guests on a cool fall evening. In addition, they redid my entrance way steps in the front of my house to make it more inviting. Always professional, they woworked with me to develop My ideas, came on time and left the work space clean. I highly recommend Creative Master Pools.

Creative Masterpools built our beautiful pool in 2001 and they have been serving our pool since then. They are very responsive to our service requests through the years. I highly recommend them.

Horrible experience. They took months to create a simple 3D drawing, they always had excuses for their lack of responsiveness and even argued with us when we asked for something they didn’t deliver on time. They are a small shop with limited vision, just looking to make money. Don’t wasted your time or no refundable money.

They have terrible problem solving issues. Never return phone calls & blame everyone else but themselves. Our pool cover has been broken for over a month & they keep blaming it on the electrician. Can't get them in the phone to discuss. Same issues when they were building out pool. They are the worst!
