Cryer Pools and SPA, is a company that I've been using for several years now, the service is very good and they have good customer service and are timely. I gave them a 4 star because I think the service is a bit expensive for weekly services.

Had our pool installed last month. We paid for a turn key job & that's what we got! Teresa was awesome to deal with. She knows her stuff & everything was exactly as she said it would be. Installation crew was great. After we got it filled up, we found a few small leaks in the plumbing. Called Teresa & the installer was out the next day. Customer service by the entire team has been great! Highly recommend Cryer Pools and Spas!!

We purchased our pool from Cryer over 8 years ago and love it! They even hooked us up with a contractor that was able to build a deck and stairs at the time our pool was installed. Any questions or help we needed was quickly remedied by Teresa insuring my pool has been very easy to take care of without a lot of hassle. I would definitely recommend Cryer Pools if you are in the market for an above the ground pool or spa. They can assist you in any way! We recently had our filter serviced and new sand installed. The Cryer technicians are dedicated to doing a good job and responding come rain or shine. I’ve had pump problems over the years with my pool and pond. When I call for help I know I can count on them to get it done right and as soon as possible. I give them a 10 on service.

We had an amazing experience with Teresa at Cryer Pool and let me tell you why . We where going to be out of town and was not going to be there so Teresa said you guys don’t worry when you come back this pool will be ready for you to jump in and have a blast .. Teresa kept us in the loop on when and how the progress was going and sent pictures as well !!! She is such an amazing person for doing this for our family. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions we had. We love Cryer pools for going out of there way to make it a smooth build!!!

Our pool has been cleaned weekly for 35+ years by Cryer's and I can only think of positive things to say about the work that has been done over those years. If you need something done pool wise, you will be happy if you call Cryer's. Chuck

We are so happy we chose to go to Cryer for our new pool. The customer service is outstanding!!! They helped with all questions concerns and picking out everything we needed and wanted!!! If you want a good durable reliable pool and service we highly recommend Cryer!!!
