Regal Pools did a fantastic job from start to finish, especially thanks to Jessica and Philip. Jessica, our designer, was amazing. I shared what we liked — my wife wanted something modern and simple — and when we visited their design center, Jessica already had renderings and material samples ready for us. Overall, we had a great experience with Regal Pools. Fantastic final product. Staff was responsive and engaged when issues popped up. Our Superintendent Jesse Rodriguez keeping things on track and ensuring what was designed and desired actually came to life. Construction of any kind rarely goes off without a hitch. What makes or breaks the experience is an engaged and communicative Superintendent and we had that. We recently completed our pool project with Regal Pools, and we truly had a great experience working with their team. From the very beginning, Jessica and Josh (the owner) came out to our home personally to understand our vision and discuss possibilities for the space. What impressed us most was that later that same evening, when we visited their showroom, Jessica already had a draft pool design ready for us to review. Jesse was excellent to work with. He was always available for calls. He checked the progress almost every week. Even after the project was done he noticed couple of issues and got them fixed for us at no additional cost. He is approachable guy and finished the project on time and now we have a beautiful backyard!

Working with Regal on our pool build was a great experience! We appreciated the relationship we had with Jesse who kept us abreast of all updates through constant communication. We really felt like he was looking out for us by providing us advice on various topics throughout the process. He and the build team were professional and organized and hustled! Regal installed a pool for me but unfortunately everything was not up to code. I needed to add additional equipment for another purpose, but it turns out a chiller was installed in a location that violated code so I could not proceed with my project until that was remedied. I spoke with the owner (Edwin) who promised to get back to me. I sent him a picture of the violation with the inspector's note as requested. I left him messages and he never called me back. This after having spent 6 figures on a pool with Regal. I ended up having another company remove the equipment to bring it up to …
