Crystal Clear Pools built my pool in 2016. We had very limited space due to setbacks. Steve Hood made sure that he could build a pool to fit our needs. He offered suggestions and came up with solutions on how to fit our pool in the back yard. Steve was very hands on and visited the site regularly to see how things were going. Our local city codes dept is very strict when it comes to building pools. Steve was able to handle all code restrictions and was very professional with codes inspectors. Steve and the crew finished my pool in June of '21. Steve was great to work with from design to completion. He takes the time to get the job done right, down to every last detail even if it means re-work. Very fair and open to homeowners ideas. Very happy customer!

We worked with Steve and Crystal Clear Pools to design and install our pool. We are thrilled with the final product. They were great to work with from the design stage where Steve was able to take our many ideas and help guide us to make the right choices. In addition, even now 4 years later he is responsive to any questions or concerns we may have. We have had many friends who have had bad experiences with their pool builders which makes me even more appreciative of Crystal Clear Pools.

We hired Steve and his crew to design and build our pool in 2016 after interviewing several companies. He was honest, straightforward and knowledgeable from the start. On the first day of our pool dig we hit a lot of rock. The first excavation quote was too high for Steve’s liking, and he found a company that did it at about half the price. He impressed us from the start and worked hard through a winter of tough weather to keep the project moving forward. Steve and his team built our custom gunite salt-water pool in 2021 and it has been fantastic. Steve helped us get to the right design and added some details we hadn't even thought of but really added to the high-quality appeal. The best thing I can say about Steve is his responsiveness. We talked to several people with recent pool builds and the biggest complaint was a lack of communication. We had an incredible experience with Steve. Any questions we had were responded to in a very timely manner. Even after they were done with the project. That's all you can ask for. Thanks Steve!

I called Crystal Clear pool to have a chlorinator installed. I received no call back, however, the owner referred his son, Daniel to me. Apparently Daniel has a side business. Assuming his father runs Crystal Clear Pool and referred him, he could do the job. He said he could and even recommended the chlorinator. I purchased it and when he showed up he was slightly confused on how to connect the electrical. I paid for the repair in full before he stated as I had to go to work. He installed the salt cell, but left the power box hanging on my wall not connected. I followed up to which he …
