Christian and his team are absolutely fantastic at keeping my pool in shape for the summer. They text when they are on their way and when they’ve completed their work, and send an email with how the pool is looking after work has been completed, as well as what services and chemicals were added. I give them my total endorsement for your pool care needs.

Exceeds Expectations—The Best Service I’ve Found It’s easy to fire off a negative review when something goes wrong, but I am making a dedicated effort to leave this positive one because Chrystal White Pool Service truly earned it. My standards for pool maintenance are extremely high. Christian has done a Excellent Job getting our pool back in shape and he is dedicated and sincere man. Shows up every week on time and in a cheerful mood. I would highly reccomend his company Crystal White Pools to anyone looking for a trusted company. Price is the Price but results have been worth it.

When the owner Christian McCullough was cleaning my pool everything was done correctly. But when he handed me off to one of his employees the service levels deteriorated and even with specific complaint direct to the owner he took no action to correct the problem. His answer was no one else is complaining. My suggestions to his other customers are to take a hard look at the cleaning they are providing. Even though the pool, at first glance, looks clean because the water is clean. However after closer inspection the pool especially the benches, the steps and the bottom are dirty because they …
