We used Curb Appeal Design on a second project for our home. The first project they did was a beautiful paver walkway with landscaping and lighting. When we were ready to redo our deck, we knew we wanted Curb Appeal Design to do this project. The owner, Mo, was fantastic from start to finish. He came to our home to evaluate the job. In speaking with Mo, we decided to build a waterproof patio under the new deck and add a retaining wall with stairs to access the patio. We also wanted to add significant lighting. Working with Mo and his team at Curb Appeal Design has been an absolute pleasure. They are incredibly professional, hardworking, and committed to delivering high-quality results. Over the past 6+ years we have used Mo Soliman and his team at Curb Appeal Design for three masonry hardscape projects at our home. They involved the reconstruction of a front decorative flagstone walkway and the construction of a new brownstone / limestone retaining wall, and the repair of deteriorated mortar joints in our bluestone terrace and flagstone walkways. We were so pleased with the design and craftsmanship of the work the Curb Appeal team delivered at our residence in Long Valley. Mo did such a nice job designing the foundation rock with a blue stone border and ensured his team had the right amount of material and time to deliver the job on budget and on time. We did a patio project with Curb Appeal. Mo runs a good business and Mo, Rose, and his team are good people and nice to work with. The quality of the work was outstanding. The customer experience was good, although the communication was challenging at times especially during the work permit process (the towns can be both slow and difficult). I would highly recommend Curb Appeal Design for a project of any size. Mo and his team did a complete renovation of our backyard garden and side yards. This included removing very old hardscaping, brick pavers, a wooden fence, and retaining walls, all within a unique neighborhood with very little room to maneuver. They replaced our side yards, installed new sod, built natural stone retaining walls and Pennsylvania Bluestone patios, and installed a new vinyl fence.
