Metro Pools absolutely did a wonderful job. They made what seemed like an impossible task possible for us. We were amazed at how quickly they completed the entire process. They were open to every idea we had, gave us great advice about what to do, considering our space, and we unbelievably responsive all the way from the first call through to getting the pool itself up and running, and showing us everything about our system so we felt very comfortable with maintenance. We contacted Metro Pools to replace the liner of my in-ground pool, and we’re so glad we did! Phil and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. At the initial visit, he carefully assessed the pool and provided a detailed and accurate estimate of the costs and expected timing of the job. We also asked them to paint the coping (additional charge). The liner came in right on schedule and was installed that same day. I highly recommend Metro pool! Phil, Fawn, Dori and the rest of their team were outstanding in all aspects of my pool installation. From day one of design process they helped me with design, landscape, permits etc. I didn’t have to do a thing. More importantly is they didn’t forget about me after install was done. I had a equipment issue and they were on phone instantly and there the next day(which happened to be 4th of July) fixing it. What service!
