We ordered a replacement liner back in October. The process was very easy, Tina was helpful every step of the way. We did everything online, picked out a nice cover, and set up the installation date. Everything went exactly as planned. Andrew was excellent, polite and friendly. He and his partner did a great job. Would recommend them to anyone.

Had an above ground pool installed by them. Tried to over charge me on the fixed rate for installation. Install was decent but stripped every screw on the ladder. After two seasons the liner had a seam rip where the wall meets the bottom… they agreed to replace the whole liner. They put a patch on it and replaced it the next season. During the replacement they cracked the skimmer plate and took them months to come back and replace that. Didn’t realize the new liner had a small leak. Was super hot that summer so I thought it was evaporation. Didn’t realize till the summer started to cool down. …

Tim and Patrick and the team at Westwood Pools were fantastic. Tim is friendly, professional, and responded to my call right away. They fit me in quickly, we had to replace the old pool filter with a new one, They left everything clean, The new filter is working great and the whole job was done perfectly. !!! Really appreciate the fast, quality service — will use Westwood Pools company again.

A few weeks ago, we visited Westwood Pool Company to purchase a new hot tub for four people. The salesman was initially helpful—he explained the different models, assured us that swapping out our old hot tub for a new one would be simple, and stated that everything was included in the quoted price. We were told we just needed to provide the size of our current tub. After that, the salesman called us daily until we returned to the store and paid for the hot tub.
