Working with Custom Pools by Design for our recently completed pool was a great experience! From Thomas for the sale to Chris, our build manager, to Cara that kept us updated and answered all of our questions, and to Ross for teaching us everything we need to know about having a pool, it was a wonderful process. We are thoroughly enjoying our beautiful pool.

We had an amazing experience with Custom Pools by Design! They were excellent to work with from start to finish, guiding us through the entire design and build process for our custom pool. Their team was in constant communication and always ready to answer our questions, which made everything so smooth. Plus, every worker who came out was incredibly friendly and professional. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone looking to create their dream pool!

Couldn’t say enough good things about Custom Pools by Design! The whole process was smooth and easy and everyone was so great to work with, specifically Thomas (Sales Rep) who was super helpful and gave us good recommendations on design without being pushy or trying to upsell. After interviewing several pool builders, CPBD gave us the most confidence they would provide a quality build, and they certainly delivered! The weekly updates from Cara were greatly appreciated and Chris was routinely checking in on the progress. Looking forward to lots of quality family time in our new pool!

I cannot say enough great things about Custom Pools by Design! If you're considering a pool in Southwest Florida, I HIGHLY recommend them and would not even bother going with another company, as our experience with them was more than exceptional!!! We built our pool and spa in conjunction with building a new home in Cape Coral. We lived 1,000 miles away, both of us working full time and we did not have many opportunities to physically check in to make sure everything was on the up and up. We had to find a company that we had faith in to give us the most beautiful pool, that would build it well with no short cuts and give us a good price point. This company is by far the best! My wife did alot of research for this project. The company kept us informed throughout the process and was always on time with their sub-contractors.
