My wife and I bought the house in December and we had decided that the pool was in need of a makeover. When we were ready to move forward I reached out to Epic Watershapes, and I think Thiago came over for the consultation the next day. I hired Epic Watershapes, LLC to remodel my pool, including adding a beach entry, new tile, and a marble deck. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing and far below what I was promised. One of the biggest issues was that they started work without obtaining the required permits, even though they were responsible for doing so under our contract. Epic Watershapes did an excellent job and we are excited with our pool patio renovation. They were on schedule even with inclement weather. The pictures show the before and after of the renovation. The Project Manager was informative and responsive to all our questions.

Epic Watershapes resurfaced my pool and did a good job. The work was done properly and the pool looks right. They turned up when they said they would. When schedules changed, they told me and rebooked — no disappearing acts. The price was sensible. Not cheap, not crazy. All the paperwork, billing, and payment was online and worked smoothly.
