My husband and I are so happy we chose Danna Pools to build our pool. They had a very detailed pre-construction process that allowed us to see exactly what our pool would look like even before it was built. During construction, we had to make some changes to the original plan because of money issues, and Dan was very professional and understanding! We were so pleased with the pool and spa that we even had Danna Pools build our outdoor kitchen. Our backyard is truly a paradise now!

We contracted with Danna to replace an older auto cover and for pool maintenance. The older cover was worn with some holes and rails were starting to pull from the walls but it worked well. In addition to the cover Danna was contracted to replace the tile at the waterline. We were told the project we start in 3-4 weeks of receiving the deposit in early April. Danna started the tile project two weeks late but it was still spring so we didn't mind. About over 4 weeks later they called to ask us what color we wanted for the cover. I would recommend you to not use Danna pools for anything: Doesn't return phone calls as he States Doesn't follow up with his staff on ongoing service or repairs. Makes promises he cannot keep or even control weekly service items. Constantly have to watch when his workers show up if they actually even show up. I have been waiting over 10 days for a motor issue to be resolved in which he has avoided, and have just found out that a full scale remodel job for pool room has not been followed up correctly on his end from IDPH permitting that he has not fulfilled the paperwork process, after waiting…

Wonderful company! We really enjoy working with Dan. He communicates well and in a timely fashion. Walked us through repairs and worked to get us back up and running as fast as he could. He even worked to get us into his schedule for an emergency repair. Thank you!
