This company has definitely went down hill since the dad has died. They opened my mom's pool this year and has totally screwed it up. We have NEVER put so many chemicals in this pool the 30 years she's had it. When you open the pool it should be clear. They should take a sample of the water and test it. This year they had 2 new guys and they put some kind of crap in there and its been hell ever since. My husband has always opened it and for now on he will definitely be opening and closing it himself. Won't give them another chance.

I currently reside at a complex who is set to have their liner replaced by Dave’s Pool Store this year. I just found out that they NEVER ORDERED THE LINER!!! They have ruined our summer and I would never recommend anyone going here for any pool related things. So unprofessional and disappointing. You would think after so many years in business they would have it together. 1 star is being generous.

Worthless. Been using Dave’s for over 10 years and have watched them go from being top-notch to what they have now become. The techs that come out for service are still excellent and knowledgeable. Those that think they can manage the operation are pathetic. Every contact made with them generate a new lie or a “promise” that they will resolve an issue. Avoid these people for the remainder of their existence. You will not have me listed as a customer; this is what you have done to my parents over the last six months. There is no point in contacting you; nothing will change.

The best pool company, year after year. The guys did a wonderful job with my pump replacement and got my cover running smoothly. and the people in the store keep my water chemicals right. Highly recommend.

Just bought a home with a pool. Answered every question I had and got me setup with everything I needed to maintain my pool without coming out of budget.
