We replaced our deck this summer. Scott at Deckmasters was very helpful in the decking and railing selection process. The product was available for our contractor to build the deck in a timely matter. We are very happy with the completed project. Would highly recommend Deckmasters for all your deck projects.

We absolutely love our Trex composite deck from Deckmasters! The quality is top-notch — durable, low-maintenance, and beautifully finished. Scott was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was patient while we decided on design and color and kept us informed throughout the project. The installer was professional, courteous and stuck to the timeline. Our experience with Deckmasters was wonderful! Josh took great care in explaining the various product and design options - we never felt rushed to make a decision. He has years of experience in the deck building industry so we knew we were in good hands. Response time to our emails/calls was quick and Josh was so easy to work with. The deck build was a smooth process as well - excellent craftsmanship! Brady was on time every day and kept the work area orderly. Deck master did a fabulous job on my parent's deck. They are 110 percent satisfied from the showroom, sales people and the installers. They knew it was being build correctly being the installer is a perfectionist and he kept using a level while building the deck. People that walk by their house stop and comment on the deck if they are outside. Many neighbors, friends and family members sure are pleased on how it turned out. John and Karen Ringsrud will enjoy there new deck for many more years. They also highly recommend deck masters.

From start to finish, Deckmaster's team exceeded our expectations. Josh was great to work with to walk through options and choices, without pushing any product line and very transparent about pricing. He kept us updated as to schedule and plans. We were impressed the first time we went in the store last fall. Brian took us through everything…how the posts were done, colors, different levels of the Trex decking, and the no show screw system. We decided to go with them this spring and it was great! Brady was the builder and was awesome. Very hard working and pleasant young man. The few small hiccups along the way were dealt with personally by Brian and Brady with no problem. The deck is beautiful and super solid. No surprises with the pricing and I am confident they would deal with any issues now after the build is over. We love it!!

Had saved up for several years to add a deck to the house. Was hoping to get one made with maintenance free materials. When I started to look for estimates, stopped at Deckmasters. Brian and Mark were very helpful in describing their building process and why they use the materials they do. They also were able to provide advice on colors and samples to take home. When I signed up thought it would take a couple months, but because it was a smaller project Brian was able to fit me in sooner.
