We decided to put in a handrail in the shallow end of our pool. As always, Prestige Pools was so easy to work with. The installer, Bob, was on time and nice to work with. He made sure it was installed properly and that we were happy with it. An overall great experience!

Prestige Pools did a wonderful job on our pool project. Their field team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, completing the work on schedule and with great attention to detail. The office staff was equally impressive. They were always responsive, helpful, and patient with the many questions we had throughout the process. Heading into our 6th year with our Prestige Pool and still no regrets. During our pool opening today I was quickly reminded why we chose Prestige over others from the start with no plans of looking elsewhere. Quality but more importantly, Customer service! Bob was great today working through some issues I had going on. Along with getting us up and running, Bob took time answering a bunch of questions I had and went above and beyond on the details. Prestige has always answered my calls and supported me through learning how to own and maintain a pool. Great company with a family feel!

2019 (Project in Construction- SW Minneapolis). After much research and going through the process of interviewing and getting proposals with all of the top companies to find the best for both quality of work and price, we contracted with Prestige Pools. We had an excellent experience with Prestige Pool! Braden and Lucas came out to install all of our new pool equipment, and they were outstanding from start to finish. Prestige Pools not only constructs a great pool, but continue to support you as a client for years to come. Chris went above and beyond this past weekend to help us get our pool cover back on track. He even stopped at our house after hours to check on things. It's reassuring to know they are there if needed. Highly recommend.
