I just replaced my old wooden deck with a composite one, and I was very pleased with the outcome. The entire process from the removal of the old deck to the new build went very smooth and the whole team was very helpful with the questions I had throughout the process. The foreman Joel was in constant communication making sure the project was being completed on time and once completed ensuring that I was satisfied with end result. We hired Decks Unlimited to demo our 20+ year old deck and rebuild from scratch using Trex. The results were amazing!! We initially met with the Decks Unlimited team at the end of 2025 and were very impressed with their level of knowledge and expertise. We had several quotes and Decks Unlimited gave us the best initial impression and had a competitive price for our job. Dave our sales guy offered lots of options and there was no pressure for us at any time to commit. Very respectfull knowing we were just getting estimates at the time. Steve and Stu did excellent work,were very friendly and the attention to detail was great. We couldn’t be happier with the end results. Finally Joel came out for a final inspection to make sure everything we were expecting was done to our satisfaction. I don’t remember all the workers names but ALL these guys were friendlier than the staff at chick-fill-a! We would recommend them to anyone interested in a new deck.

Decks Unlimited did a fabulous job of getting rid of our old, ugly, brick paver deck and replacing it will a beautiful, sturdy Trex deck. Also, Decks Unlimited raised the height of our deck to eliminate steps down from our doorwall to the deck. The Decks Unlimited team worked very hard and were very easy to work with. They were professional and knowledgeable and pleasant. We would highly recommend Decks Unlimited to anyone!

Some Dave guy came by to give me a quote on a deck. No personality. He seemed he didn't want to be there, to quote me. It was going to be a small deck. I asked him for pictures of ideas, no response. He had all greys and no wood like color, which I didn't like greys. No smile. His personality was like a Sargent. Wow. No sale here.

So glad that we chose Decks Unlimited. The owner, Jeff, is super nice and does amazing work (along with Matthew, Michael and Joel)! They promised me a completion date and actually finished 5 days prior. Once they started the deck, they were there basically every day (except city inspection days) until the project was completed. They were also super great about keeping communication open and promptly responded to any questions that we had. Also, I cannot say enough about the quality of the craftsmanship!! We had Decks Unlimited build our deck a few years ago. It’s beautiful and we are very happy with it. We’ve had a little issue with 3 lights on the upper deck posts. The owner is trying to resolve the issue and has had Joel working on our lights. Our Trek lights are challenging us but I know Joel will figure it out. He is patient, professional and is determined to figure out the mystery. All of the other lights work perfectly. We appreciate that Jeff (owner) wants to solve the problem.
